Return and Exchange Policy for JuttiesMaker

We’re committed to ensuring you have a great experience with our products. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully:

1.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we take full responsibility. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the product, and we will arrange an exchange or return at no extra cost to you.

2.⁠ ⁠Product Quality Issues:
In case the product you receive has any manufacturing defects or quality issues, we will initiate a return or exchange upon verification. Kindly notify us within 3 days of receiving the order.

3.⁠ ⁠Size Issues (When Correct Size Was Sent):
If the product delivered is as per the size ordered but does not fit as expected, customers are requested to ship the product back to us at their own expense. Once received and inspected, we will ship the replacement in your desired size (subject to availability).

1. Returns:

  • Wrong Article Delivered: If the product you received is not what you ordered, you are eligible for a return. This includes cases where the color, design, or style differs from the product listed on your order confirmation.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process, including how to send the product back to us.
  • Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for reasons such as personal preferences (e.g., liking or disliking the product). Kindly make sure you review your selection before finalizing the order.

2. Exchanges:

  • Exchange for Size Only: We understand that getting the right size is important, so we offer exchanges for size-related issues. If you receive a product that doesn’t fit as expected, we’ll be happy to exchange it for a different size.
  • Exchange Process: To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Once your exchange request is processed, we’ll ship out the new size to you.
  • Non-Exchangeable Products: We do not offer exchanges for any reasons other than size discrepancies. If you wish to exchange a product for another style, design, or color, that will be subject to a return and new purchase.

3. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition.
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging, along with any accessories or tags.
  • All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • Return Shipping: If the return is due to a wrong article being delivered, JuttiesMaker will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Exchange Shipping: For size exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product to us.

5. Processing Time:

Once we receive your returned item, we will process the return or exchange within 7 business days. You will be notified once your return or exchange has been successfully completed.
